How we treat what you send us.

What is collected
The six fields on the inquiry form — your name, email, company, project type, what you want people to see, and any files you attach. A short-lived one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop spam and never reversible to an address. Nothing else: this site records no browsing analytics, and there are no advertising trackers of any kind.
Confidentiality
Uploaded project material is treated as confidential. It is stored in a private encrypted bucket, viewed only by BlaqueCat staff, never published on this site, and never used as a demonstration sample without written permission. No link to an uploaded file is ever put in an email — the only way to open one is to sign in to the studio’s own admin area.
How long anything is kept
An inquiry and its attachments are permanently deleted 24 months after it arrives, unless BlaqueCat has marked that inquiry Retained, in which case it is kept until deleted by hand. Marking an inquiry Retained is the only thing that extends it — its status makes no difference.
Cookies, and what your browser stores
This site sets no cookies on visitors. One thing may be stored in your own browser: if you start writing an enquiry and the connection drops, a draft of what you typed is kept in this tab’s session storage so your words are not lost. It is discarded when the enquiry is sent or the tab is closed, and it is never sent to us on its own. One session cookie exists on this domain, and it is set only when BlaqueCat’s own staff sign in at /admin — never for a visitor.
Deletion requests
Email blaquecat@power-in-numbers.net and deletion is completed within 30 days.
Third parties
Supabase (database and private file storage), Resend (email), Railway (hosting), and Cloudflare (storing and serving footage and images quickly worldwide).
